“Global warming”, also known as “Climate Change”, is a hot topic that is often discussed and addressed today. It is related to the environment and is aiming towards reducing the effect of global warming via reduction of carbon emission. The UN Climate Change Conferences held every year meets and discussed topics to reduce carbon emission in the world.
What is global warming? Why do some countries suffer extremely cold weather when the earth is supposed to be “warmer”? Should we really be worried about it and how bad could it actually be and how much that could impact on humans? Will installing air-condition units save us from global warming? What are the on-going efforts worldwide to reduce global warming? These questions will all be answered and addressed during the talk, helping all of us to understand global warming, its actual impact and threat to humans and what roles can we play to help saving humans and earth.
Please register here or confirm your attendance to Dr. Guo Xinxin: firstname.lastname@example.org in order to cater for refreshments and parking arrangements.
